- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
- MBA degree.
- Experience leading and executing strategic and operational initiatives for a multinational organization, using data and insights to inform decisions.
- Experience identifying, leading, launching, and landing change across a global organization.
- Ability to establish relationships, influence, and collaborate at all organizational levels and with various cross-functional technical and business partners.
- Ability to lead and manage teams, and multiple projects with a broad range of internal or external executive stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Act as a strategic partner to the business supporting leadership on service transformations, operational excellence, organizational initiatives and helping chart out and fulfill big bets for the business in line with the leadership’s strategic goal.
- Partner with gTech leadership team to drive Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy initiatives as well as operational expertise.
- Build consensus among cross-functional teams and consult decision making within executive-level audiences.
- Structure and lead operational improvement initiatives through implementation. Identify and resolve issues impacting business.
- Lead a team to deliver on all strategic and operational priorities by managing priorities proactively, providing clear ongoing communication, and helping the team navigate ambiguity and large change programs.
