- Manage the end-to end financials of the technology initiatives portfolio, including budget planning, forecasting and tracking actuals against plan
- Coordinate and manage the quarterly forecasting process for the technology initiatives portfolio
- Conduct financial analysis and deliver actionable insights on portfolio performance, trends, and risks
- Partner with Finance and product teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and tracking
- Support and assist team leaders by providing training and responding to inquiries related to the portfolio financials and Strategy & Operations processes
- Value Realization and OKR Alignment
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) align with business outcomes and strategic goals
- Develop and maintain reporting frameworks to track progress on outcomes and communicate the value delivered by initiatives
- Support the creation of dashboards and reports that showcase progress, impact, and return on investment
- Agile Adoption Support
- Support cross-functional teams in their transition to Agile and Product operating models by promoting best practices, tools, and frameworks
- Coordinate and prepare materials for monthly meetings with product team leads and Product Owners (POs), ensuring clear communication of priorities, progress, and key updates
- Support the quarterly outcome review process including facilitating cross-team dependency alignment activities
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of portfolio governance processes, with a focus on agility, transparency, and value delivery
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in financial analysis, strategy, operations, or technology portfolio management, ideally within the financial services industry
- Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and performance reporting
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management principles is a plus
- Highly organized, capable of multi-tasking and work independently
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (especially in Excel and Powerpoint)
- Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to create presentations or proposals directed at a senior management audience
