- Synthesize information from multiple sources to analyze spending trends and identify key variances
- Provide timely, accurate, and relevant information/analysis that facilitates better decision making and brings value-added insight to data received.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of organizational processes, systems, and financial data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Strengthen cost discipline by identifying key cost drivers and leading initiatives-such as demand and supply reviews-to uncover and implement cost optimization opportunities
- Prepare and develop effective reporting and trend analysis in regular and/or ad-hoc basis, utilizing various sources of information.
- Assist with project planning and prioritization by collaborating within and outside the department to understand and document the scope, objectives, and resourcing needs of planned projects.
- Track departmental objective progress diligently and systematically, creating summaries as needed for senior audiences.
- Maintain and update existing departmental tools and systems, ensuring the department can efficiently and effectively store and share information.
- Coordinate requirements gathering and provide testing support for new departmental systems and tools
