We are looking for a Product Demo Specialist with excellent listening skills, and who also has a bit of a sales edge. Utilizing your product knowledge of our software, you will be responsible for facilitating product demonstrations to prospective clients. - Provide online sales product demonstrations of WellnessLiving to prospective clients
- Sign up clients after the demo is completed
- Advise clients about our onboarding process
- Answer any product related questions that arise during or after a demo prior to signing up
- Document any product related requests and notes regarding the demo call
- Promote and maintain our high levels of WellnessLiving professionalism and awesomeness
- 1-3 years of experience working in a software organization
- Experience or understanding of the health and fitness industry
- Strong interpersonal and crystal-clear communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Can (and loves) to work in a fast-paced environment
- Quick learner who can grasp new software quickly
- Proficient MS Word and Excel
- Comfortable providing online product demonstrations of WellnessLiving on weekend and/or evening time slots if required
