Configure the platform based on client requirements
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of configurationsProject coordination
Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product, and Tech teams
Manage priorities and ensure tasks are executed effectivelyRequest management and support
Manage tickets and client requests in a structured way
Analyze needs and propose appropriate solutions
Follow requests through to resolutionDocumentation and continuous improvement
Create and maintain clear documentation for users and internal teams
Contribute to improving processes and best practices
Support ongoing optimization of the client experienceClient interaction
Support clients during platform implementation
Deliver user training and ensure proper adoption of the platformWhat you'll need to be successful:Profile
Junior profile with a strong willingness to learn and grow in a SaaS environment
Interest in digital products and platforms
Motivation to develop skills in project management and client-facing rolesSkills and competencies
Ability to take initiative and drive tasks forward
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
Logical, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to explain concepts clearly to different audiences
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to quickly learn and become proficient with new toolsLanguages
Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) is requiredNice to have
Experience in project coordination or task management
Experience in a SaaS environment
Comfort working with digital tools or web-based platforms
