Position: Project Coordinator
Location: Downtown Montreal or Ville Saint-Laurent (Hybrid)
Salary: $50,000 to $52,000 (based on experience)
Job Type: 6-month contract with strong possibility of extension and or permanency

From payroll to artwork coordination, purchase orders to landlord communications, you’ll ensure everything is on track, on time, and exceeding expectations. - Competitive salary and modern workspaces in Downtown Montreal or Ville Saint-Laurent.What You’ll Own:- Payroll & Financials: Take charge of payroll data extraction, accuracy, and timely submission. Work directly with HR and Finance to resolve issues and streamline processes.
- Product Artwork: Lead the workflow between Marketing and Regulatory teams. Ensure all artwork meets brand and regulatory standards while keeping projects on schedule.
- Purchase Orders & Requisitions: Own the process from creation to delivery, ensuring budgets and deadlines are met. Solve vendor or internal challenges quickly and effectively.
- Landlord Coordination: Manage landlord payments, verify invoices, and be the main point of contact for lease communications.
- Project Support: Maintain plans, schedules, and reports. Identify risks, troubleshoot problems, and drive solutions that keep projects moving forward.What We’re Looking For:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in project coordination, operations, or administrative support.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear, precise communication and a sharp eye for detail.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and confident in taking ownership of projects.
- Skilled with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office.
