- Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials including documentation, computer-based training modules, and training videos.
- Design and execute stakeholder communication strategies to support organizational change initiatives.
- Lead change management planning and execution activities across complex projects.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and perform change impact assessments.
- Develop and implement change readiness and adoption programs.
- Create communication plans, vision documents, and supporting change artifacts.
- Collaborate closely with business clients and cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption of new systems, processes, and technologies.
- Support digital transformation initiatives, particularly within large enterprise or public sector environments.
- Apply structured change management methodologies to drive successful implementation of organizational change.
- Minimum 12 years of experience developing training materials (documentation, CBT modules, training videos).
- Minimum 12 years of experience creating stakeholder communication materials.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in a change management role applying formal change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Minimum 12 years of experience working directly with business stakeholders including:
- Conducting business interviews
- Performing impact analysis
- Planning and executing change management activities
- Developing communication plans
- Creating vision and alignment documents
- Prosci Change Management Certification (or equivalent designation) preferred.
- Experience developing change readiness programs, training, or stakeholder engagement strategies (5+ years).
- Experience leading change management and communication planning initiatives (5+ years).

- Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives within the public sector or large enterprise environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to translate technical or operational changes into clear, user-friendly messaging.
- Proven ability to lead change initiatives in complex organizational environments.
- Experience working in structured, governance-driven environments.
