- Develop, implement, and maintain Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) from project initiation through field verification, documentation, and closeout.
- Produce accurate documentation, interpret codes, read construction drawings, and manage quality records using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams).
- Coordinate, schedule, and complete inspections within the defined scope of work.
- Support and contribute to an inclusive workplace culture that values equity, diverse perspectives, and professional growth.
- Perform effectively in a fast-paced environment; tasks may involve repetitive data entry and periods of prolonged sitting.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience implementing quality programs on construction or job-site projects, with strong working knowledge of civil, structural, electrical, and utility construction standards.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with emphasis on accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines with professionalism and confidence.
- Proven ability to multitask, organize work, and manage competing priorities such as meetings, documentation, and coordination.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in English for technical documentation and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to work professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization, from field staff to leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Training in safety practices and experience within the construction industry.
- Knowledge of civil, structural, and electrical construction principles and standards is considered an asset.
