We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and oversee complex ERP projects in Cambridge, Ontario. This long-term contract position requires a skilled individual capable of managing large-scale implementations, coordinating across multiple functional areas, and driving successful project outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in SAP deployments, data migration processes, and cross-functional collaboration.Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
  • Manage cross-functional coordination, fostering collaboration between teams to streamline processes and achieve project milestones.
  • Oversee data migration efforts, ensuring accuracy and structured testing to optimize outcomes.
  • Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges effectively.
  • Implement strategies to ensure adoption of SAP core models, aligning with North American adjustments and global standards.
  • Conduct regular progress reviews and provide updates to stakeholders, maintaining transparency and accountability.
  • Utilize Agile Scrum methodologies to enhance project efficiency and adaptability.
  • Manage resources effectively, allocating personnel and tools to maximize productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Utilize tools like Atlassian Jira for bug tracking and project management, maintaining clear and organized workflows.
  • A minimum of 7 years of senior-level project management experience.
  • Proficiency in managing large-scale ERP projects with significant functional scope and adoption challenges.
  • Expertise in SAP SD module deployments and integrations with satellite systems.
  • Strong understanding of North American adjustments in relation to global SAP standards.
  • Proven experience overseeing complex data migration processes with structured testing approaches.
  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and tools such as Atlassian Jira.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills to coordinate across teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify risks and implement effective strategies to mitigate them.
