We are currently hiring Servers for temporary assignments in Assisted Living and Healthcare facilities in Edmonton, AB. This is not a restaurant position — this role focuses on providing respectful, supportive meal service to residents in a care environment.This position is ideal for compassionate, patient, and reliable individuals who enjoy working with seniors and vulnerable populations.Location: Edmonton, AB
Pay Rate: $17.83/hour (No tips – hourly position)
Schedule: Morning & Afternoon Shifts | Weekdays & Weekends AvailableResponsibilities:

Serve meals and beverages to residents in dining rooms or resident suites
Follow dietary restrictions and special meal requirements
Set up and clear dining areas
Assist residents as needed during meal service
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
Work closely with dietary and care teams to ensure a positive dining experience

Requirements:

Previous serving or food service experience considered an asset
Experience working with seniors or in healthcare settings is an asset
Valid Food Safe Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Must be able to complete a Vulnerable Sector Check
Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks
