What & Why:Due to large scale business transformation, we are seeking a Senior Change Analyst to join a high-impact data analytics team on a large-scale data governance transformation program. This individual will play a key role in driving successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working across the organization as it relates to data governance. As a Senior Change Analyst, you'll support the design and execution of change management strategies, partner with cross-functional teams to assess business impacts, and help ensure that key stakeholders are informed, equipped, and ready to navigate change.Who:This client is one of the most recognizable Canadian brands, a true Vancouver success story who has expanded globally. They have an all-star leadership team who keeps you accountable and provides support while still affording you tremendous autonomy. This role is primarily on site with 4 days a week on site in downtown Vancouver.You:You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:
  • 5+ years of experience in change management or transformation roles.
  • Understanding of data governance and incident/change management principles.
  • Familiarity with data products and enterprise data concepts.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
