In this role you'll be responsible for the development of end-to-end change management deliverables and the execution of communication and engagement activities for specific projects. The Change Management Analyst will engage key stakeholders in the change impact assessment and readiness process and will collaborate with cross-functional initiative partners and subject matter experts (SMEs) throughout different project phases. This role is supporting and driving change for several complex workstreams that involve a mix of technology, behaviour, process, and people change. This role is hybrid with 3 days a week on site in downtown Vancouver.You:You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:
- 3-5 years' experience in change management or large-scale transformation projects in a leadership capacity.
- Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations or related discipline.
- Vertical retail and/or business operations experience highly desirable.
