- Typing, proofreading, adding and finalizing financial statements;
- Preparing tax packages for clients using TaxPrep (assembly of corporate tax, Charity returns, Trust returns, etc.);
- Support staff with respect to financial statements (formatting and problem solving);
- Generating reports for monthly deliverables;
- Other general administrative duties as required.
- Two years of relevant experience;
- Strong typing skills (speed and accuracy);
- Knowledge of CaseWare, an asset (training available);
- Desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
- Flexibility to work additional hours during peak periods; and
- French is a must, English is an asset.
