- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Represent all assigned ANDRITZ product lines during every mill visit.
- Identify growth opportunities by understanding customer needs, objectives, and performance goals.
- Drive customer retention and satisfaction across the assigned territory.
- Maintain organized and detailed territory records within the company CRM system.
- Manage territory forecasts, budgets, and cost controls.
- Develop and adhere to established processes and workflows.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and support implementing new workflows.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring alignment and resolution of customer issues.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required.
- B.S. degree in Engineering or 5+ years of experience in the Pulp & Paper industry.
- Sales experience and existing customer relationships in the region preferred.
- Knowledge of ANDRITZ Stock Preparation and Paper Machine Service product lines is a strong asset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop customer trust.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- High degree of organization and detail orientation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Work performed in office and/or home office environment.
- Frequent visits to mills and manufacturing facilities with exposure to temperature variations, noise, dust, dirt, fumes, welding equipment, heavy-duty magnets, and industrial devices.
- Physical requirements include sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Must be able to wear required PPE and meet all safety requirements.
