We have 14 divisions that work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary, multicultural and ethnically diverse collegial environment.Position and DutiesThe Osman laboratory is searching for a dedicated post-doctoral fellow to join our group of highly talented individuals. Our team is aimed at delineating the molecular mechanisms of fibrosis in systemic sclerosis.Qualifications
  • PhD or MD with 3+ years of experience in the laboratory.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in molecular biology, cell biology, and genomics and other standard laboratory techniques (e.g. cell culture of primary cells, SDSPAGE, qPCR, transfection);
  • Other skills include a strong understanding of immunology, and experience working with and handling blood, fluids, and tissues.
  • Self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Analyzing complex data using statistical software programs.
