Apply today!Job DetailsThis role is in support of Cencora’s patient and provider support and pharma commercialization services in Canada marketed through our Innomar Strategies business.Responsibilities:Acts as a main point of contact, keeping stakeholders updated in real-time regarding progress and changes.Ensures timely contract review to meet the needs of the business units.With the support of the Manager, Contracts,Prepares, reviews and interprets contracts for adequacy, appropriateness and completeness in terms of indemnity, liability, confidentiality, intellectual property, payment terms, and any other applicable issues that may pose legal or business risk, confirming that all Innomar processes and requirements are adhered to.Explains the impact of the legal terms and conditions to managers, directors, senior management and/or other interested parties as part of an organized and thorough routing, review and approval process.Negotiates contracts.Gathers and maintains approvals for applicable contracts.Coordinates contract execution.Work with all functional corporate, divisional and regional subject matter experts (Business Units, Operations, Legal, Finance, and IT) to provide content and context response integrity for consistency, reliability and most up-to-data material used in responses to customer requests for contracts, information requests and presentations as applicable.Ensures that they adhere to and follow all Cencora and Innomar legal requirements as well as follow the legal and financial SOPs and training to ensure they are familiar and knowledgeable about Innomar’s internal process.Performs related duties as assigned.Education:Bachelor's Degree Program or comparable on the job training and work responsibilities in administrative duties; requires direct experience in contracting environment of at least 2-3 years.Law clerk certificate is preferred.Work Experience:Requires training and understanding in fields such as business administration, accountancy, legal, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations. Requires direct experience in contracting environment of at least 2-3 years.Legal background – 1-2 years of work experience as law clerk, with paralegal training or certification preferredWorks independently and can confidently manage negotiationsExperience in drafting and reviewing contractsExcellent organizational skillsAbility to balance business objectives and opportunities against legal and other risk/requirementsSolution and customer-service orientationKeen attention to detail, with an ability to spot issues and/or errorsAbility to multi-task; strong time-management skills and a proven ability to work efficientlyAbility to thrive in a high-pressure environment; comfortable working with tight deadlinesExcellent communication skills - ability to interface at multiple organization levelsAbility to learn and apply new technologies quicklyPC skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office products.What Cencora offersWe provide compensation, benefits, and resources that enable a highly inclusive culture and support our team members’ ability to live with purpose every day.
