Location: Guelph, ON
Classification: Full-Time, Immediate Hire
Days/Hours: Monday to Thursday, 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and every other Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Working here is fast-paced, non-stop, and a little unpredictable—and we love it.Your area of focus.We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to assist our Service and Sales teams with a variety of administrative and reception work including service warranty.What drives your day-to-day?
- Filing, electronic filing, scanning, and tracking of documents.
- Provide administrative support to the dealership team, including warranty administration.
- Creating and formatting various documents and correspondence.
- Greet and answer customer inquires via phone or walk-in traffic.
- Cash Management, POS systems, cashing out when needed
- Provide reception relief as needed.
- Completing other administrative tasks as assigned by the leadership team
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in reception or administrative work
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams)
- Proficiency in Google Drive applications
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills, handling multiple priorities, performing a variety of tasks and meeting tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
