Experience: 10+ yrs experience Pay Rate: 60 CAD/hr. on T4 an 67 CAD/hr. on Incorporation (Open for Negotiation)IntroductionThe role involves leading a high-impact HRMS migration project, ensuring its successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. This is an opportunity for a dynamic individual with expertise in project management, agile methodologies, and stakeholder management to make a significant impact.Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience managing HRMS migration or similar large-scale enterprise projects.
- Strong understanding of HRMS platforms, data migration processes, and system integrations.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or similar).
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification is preferred.
- Prior work experience in a similar industry.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
- Experience in RAID management and program governance.
- Familiarity with change management principles and practices.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the HRMS migration project, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business, technology, vendor, and leadership stakeholders.
