Client Location: Toronto (Onsite: 7.25 hours/day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday)

Conditions may change based on organizational requirements and at the discretion of the Hiring Manager.About the EngagementAkkodis is seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead a technical reporting team supporting the development of a new Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)-based solution, including data migration, lakehouse development, and Power BI reporting. The consultant will lead Agile delivery, manage complex multi-stakeholder interactions, oversee Azure DevOps workstreams, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery within a Public Sector environment.ScopeMigrating historical data from legacy systems into a new Azure data warehouse/lakehouseDeveloping new data assetsBuilding end-to-end Power BI reporting solutions.Assignment DeliverablesLead story creation, estimation, sprint planning, and Agile ceremoniesOrganize project workflows in Azure DevOps, ensuring clear documentation and trackingEnsure reporting MVP scope is delivered on-time and on-budgetMonitor progress, remove impediments, and ensure smooth Agile delivery.Expertise RequiredMust Have:5+ years leading technical teams as a Scrum Master or in a related Agile leadership roleProven experience leading software development teams delivering large-scale data warehousing solutionsHands-on experience with the Azure cloud ecosystem for data analyticsStrong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks, ceremonies, and delivery practicesDemonstrated ability to manage Azure DevOps boards, backlogs, sprints, and documentation.Nice to Have:Experience delivering solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and/or F&O environmentsExpertise in building Azure DevOps dashboards, reports, and queries.Security ClearanceRequired.ImportantThis is a business-to-business engagement.
