- Support the NAMER Marketing Team in planning and executing end-to-end marketing initiatives, from strategy definition to execution and performance reporting (including email, social media, events, and campaigns).
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Training team to align marketing activities with business goals and revenue targets, ensuring every initiative drives measurable results.
- Drive demand generation for Prosci enterprise offerings in partnership with the Regional Sales team, supporting budget targets and expansion of non-training revenue streams (including advisory and licensing programs).
- Assess regional performance and provide data-driven recommendations to inform future marketing plans and resource allocation.
- Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns for key enterprise accounts, including custom content and multi-touch engagement strategies.
- Support marketing activities to drive registrations, including emails, webinars, social media and events.
- Focus on industry verticals through strategic partnerships to elevate Prosci's offerings.
- Execute and attend key events aligning with Prosci's market and key industries.
- Execute key webinars in the region to support business and marketing goals.
- Source case studies, testimonials and references focusing on verticals and key market segments.
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns, including tactics such as email marketing, social media, events, strategic partnerships, and webinars.
- Collaborate with digital marketing, creative, and content teams to run SEA, SEO, content syndication, and LinkedIn ads.
- Help manage social media presence for the region, creating engaging content that positions Prosci as a thought leader in the industry.
- Partner with Marketing CoA team (Brand, Content, Operations, etc.) to execute strategy for the region, defining strategies, channels, and tactics, and evaluating results (productivity and ROI when data is available).
- Collaborate closely with the Sales, Delivery, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on business goals.
- Leverage corporate and region-wide marketing content, translating and localizing as needed to better serve the market.
- Work closely with the regional marketing team to share and leverage learnings and synergies, collaborating in key Global or multi-regional projects
- Help define the marketing plan for the market, including budget allocation and strategy, in alignment with global and regional objectives and strategies
- Track campaign and marketing activities and report on results
- Participate and collaborate with the Global Content team to strengthen our market position.
- Gather market insights on trends and customer needs, as well as competitor landscape, and share these with the Sales team and Marketing COA to inform strategic decisions.
- Undertake additional Marketing activities and initiatives as assigned.
- Collaborates: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals; work closely with the sales and global marketing teams and other stakeholders to influence global marketing direction, leverage global marketing initiatives for local markets.

- Plans & Aligns: Organizes day-to-day marketing tasks and timelines to support campaign plans, ensuring work is aligned with priorities, goals, and deadlines.

- Attention to detail: Ensures marketing materials, campaigns, and deliverables are accurate, polished, and executed to a high standard across channels and programs.
- Must have experience using HubSpot, or similar marketing platform.
- Proficiency in Office 365, CRM systems (Salesforce), LinkedIn Advertising, LinkedIn Navigator
- Project management tools (Asana or similar) for campaign coordination and workflow management
- Basic design capabilities are a nice-to-have (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) for creating marketing assets.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Must have 2+ years of professional services marketing in a B2B setting.
- Proven experience executing multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns from concept through execution and reporting.
- Experience supporting sales teams, including lead generation, nurture programs, and pipeline contribution.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong copywriting abilities for various marketing channels.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret ROI and performance marketing KPIs.
- French-speaking proficiency is an asset.
