Job Description:Staffinity is currently seeking a Bilingual Order Desk Representative for a client in Montreal. This is a permanent, full-time position with base salary, benefits, vacation, and profit-sharing opportunities. The base salary range is 40-44k The work hours are daytime, Monday to Friday. Fluency in both English and French is required.Responsibilities:Process order requests from internal and external customers to meet service-level requirementsProvide excellent customer service through strong communication and interpersonal skillsMaintain a high level of product knowledgeOperate the POS system and ensure accurate order processingUnderstand and apply inventory control processesWork independently and as part of a collaborative teamQualifications:Minimum 1 year of customer service experienceStrong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skillsExcellent computer skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of timeFluency in English and French, spoken and written required
