At Dass Rebar we breed winners.ResponsibilitiesPerform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime.Diagnose equipment issues, document findings, and implement effective fixes.Adhere to safety policies and promote a safe working environment.Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring failures and propose improvements.Maintain accurate maintenance logs and update work orders in the system.Monitor performance metrics and report on maintenance KPIs.Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and meet targets.Assist in installation, commissioning, and startup of new equipment.Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance reliability.Demonstrate adaptability by quickly learning new equipment and tools.Provide hands-on mentoring to junior technicians and share knowledge.Assist in planning maintenance budgets and manage inventory of spare parts.Experience/QualificationsKnowledge of safety policies, lockout/tagout procedures, and safe work practices.Minimum 3 years in maintenance technician roles, with preventive maintenance focus.Strong troubleshooting skills with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.Familiarity with CMMS or ERP systems for maintenance planning and KPI reporting.Ability to monitor maintenance KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement.Ability to read schematics, electrical/automation diagrams, and equipment manuals.Proven experience in equipment installation, commissioning, and startup.Accurate maintenance logging and timely update of work orders in system.Strong communication and teamwork; capable of mentoring junior technicians.Willingness to work on-site with travel to multiple facilities as needed.What's in it for you?
