- Execute comprehensive preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance for all manufacturing & logistics equipment.
- Perform precise setups and calibrations on ovens, plasma systems, and ultrasonic welders.
- Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
- Support the installation, commissioning, and eventual decommissioning of industrial machinery.
- Troubleshoot PLC-based controls and automation components to ensure seamless production flow.
- Read and interpret complex electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and P&IDs.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with procurement to identify critical spares for manufacturing & logistics operations.
- Document all technical activities in strict compliance with quality and safety procedures.
- Partner with Engineering and Quality teams to drive continuous improvement through Lean and TPM initiatives.
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of proven maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience maintaining Siemens or similar high-end industrial equipment.
- Validated expertise in troubleshooting automated systems and PLCs.
- Flexibility to support day shifts and occasional on-call requirements.
- Commitment to safety protocols and the 5S methodology within manufacturing & logistics.
