- Strategic Leadership:
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the Reporting CoE aligned with business goals.
- Champion best practices in data architecture, reporting standards, and governance.
- Technical Oversight:
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SAP BO).
- Ensure robust data integration, performance optimization, and scalability of reporting solutions.
- Oversee the development of reusable reporting components and templates.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Mentor a team of reporting developers, data engineers, and analysts.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, IT, and other business units to understand reporting needs.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and actionable solutions.
- Governance & Quality Assurance:
- Establish and enforce reporting standards, data quality controls, and documentation practices.
- Monitor and improve reporting performance, reliability, and user satisfaction.

- Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience in a senior technical leadership role within a Reporting or BI CoE.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale reporting initiatives.
- Expertise in enterprise reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, SAP).
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
- Passionate about data-driven decision-making and user-centric design.
- Comfortable navigating complex organizational structures and driving change.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
