We seek to be student-centred in our policies and procedures to meet a diverse applicant community and are proactive and responsive in our effort to support enrollment management at the institutional level.About the RoleThe Analyst, Technology Management is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of business process and technology solutions to ensure the on-going provision of technical support for Student Recruitment and Admissions (SRA). Working closely with the supervisor, the Analyst is primarily responsible for eliciting, analyzing, validating, specifying, and verifying business objectives processes and functions for software development and/or integration to optimize the use of technology to improve Student Recruitment and Admissions effectiveness, efficiencies and economies. As a member of Student Recruitment and Admissions, the role also executes recruiting services at a variety of educational, community, and professional settings domestically and internationally.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and five years of related experience in areas such as resource or client management applications, preferably in the higher education or public sector, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

  • Excellent analytical reasoning, problem solving, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent functional, technical/systems, policy, and process knowledge related to Student Recruitment and Admissions systems (Salesforce, PeopleSoft, OnBase, Tableau)
