If you've got what it takes to be a natural leader, trainer and coach with a proven track record in the automotive industry - and you bring a strong competitive spirit - then this is your opportunity to join us!About the Role:Reporting to the General Sales Manager, the Sales Manager will have a thorough and complete understanding of variable operations and will help develop and grow the Sales department. This is a demanding hands-on position that requires direct involvement in all aspects of the Sales department. The ideal candidate will be an outstanding natural leader, trainer and coach and will have a proven track record in the automotive industry.Responsibilities (but not limited to):

Maintain a superior customer satisfaction rating
Assist with vehicle inventory / ordering responsibilities
Have an enthusiastic and motivated attitude
Have the capacity to develop, manage, inspire and lead a strong sales team
Create and implement new marketing strategies for continued growth
Be well versed in CRM tools, PBS Systems, and be AMVIC licensed
Oversee desking, deal structuring, and profitability to maximize gross and F&I performance

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of Sales Management experience with a proven track record of success
Minimum of 3 years of Ford or comparable domestic automotive experience
Previous Finance Manager experience considered a strong asset

Requirements:

A valid AB driver's license and a current clean driver's abstract
