If you've got what it takes to be a natural leader, trainer and coach with a proven track record in the automotive industry than this is your opportunity to join us.About the Role:Reporting to the General Manager, the Sales Manager will have a thorough and complete understanding of variable operations and will help develop and grow the Sales department. This is a demanding hands-on position that requires direct involvement in all aspects of the Sales department. The ideal candidate will be an outstanding natural leader, trainer and coach and will have a proven track record in the automotive industry.Responsibilities (but not limited to):
  • Maintain a superior customer satisfaction rating
  • Assist with vehicle inventory responsibilities
  • Have an enthusiastic and motivated attitude
  • Have the capacity to develop, manage, inspire and lead a strong sales team
  • Create and implement new marketing strategies for continued growth
  • Be well versed in CRM tools, PBS Systems, and be AMVIC licensed
  • Lease and loyalty retention
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years Sales Management Experience with a proven Track Record of Success
Requirements:
  • A valid AB driver's license and a current clean driver's abstract
