- Works with business teams to minimize client impact.What do you need to succeed?Must haves:Strong experience in supporting and maintaining a HPE NonStop environment, and ability to upgrade on an annual basis.Experience in installing, maintaining, and supporting 3rd party software.Comfortable working in a team environment that requires 24/7 hours rotational shifts.Investigates improvement processes and automate manual processes wherever possible.Ensures ongoing examination of the DRP and Day to Day processes to ensure the most effective procedures and methodologies are being deployed.Drive infrastructure optimization technologies to ensure a cost-effective infrastructure.Provides metrics reporting on the system and application health.Reviews vendor Hardware and Software Configurations to ensure completeness.Review Problem Resolution opportunities to avoid future re-occurrences (early monitoring, automatic paging, etc…)Nice to have:Experience in a matrix environment, such as a large, publicly traded corporation.Ability to facilitate between and influence key decision makers.Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to work across functions and businesses.Maintains systems within compliancy requirements.What’s in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
