Position: Temp - Perm, benefits applicable after transition to permanent role
Salary: $22.00 per hour
Hours: 9:00am-5:00pm/9:30am-5:30pm
Hybrid! 2-3 days in the office after fully on-site training
Industry: InsurancePrimary Responsibilities:
- Communicate with internal and external clients through various channels
- Handling front desk calls
- Responding to inquiries
- Data entry
- Educating customer company offerings
- Proven customer service experience within the financial industry
- Must be fully bilingual (written and verbal) in French and English
- Strong communication and organizational skills
