- Process reimbursements, onboard new clients, and keep loyalty program data accurate (sales, vouchers, points).
- Support internal teams with smooth communication and accurate reporting.What We're Looking For:- At least 1 year of customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or office).
- Organizational skills and attention to detail that keep everything running smoothly.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office (Excel lovers, we see you!).
- Professional maturity, reliability, and a positive team spirit.Other Language Requirements: English
- Level of Proficiency Required: Advanced
- Reasons for Language Requirement: To communicate and support customers in other regions outside of Quebec
