OverviewOur Commercial team in Ottawa is hiring!We are looking for a Client Solutions Manager to join our Commercial Lines team. The main responsibility of the Client Solutions Manager role is to ensure exceptional client service to Gallagher's Commercial Insurance clientele. While working on a lively and collaborative team, the CSM carries out a wide range of duties. You will be managing an existing portfolio of clients - driving the renewal cycle, handling day-today policy updates, talking and building relations with insurers and marketing policies.Work Environment: Hybrid (Agile) – We, at Gallagher, enjoy the benefits of working remotely while also collaborating and interacting with each other in the office.
How you'll make an impact
- Carry out a full array of client service duties, including maintaining paperless files according to Gallagher process and standards
- Work with producers to run the renewal cycle, including marketing / remarketing, and mid-term adjustments, for a portfolio of commercial business
- Support on prospective clients and new business onboarding, including marketing, as required
- Prioritize and handle daily phone calls, e-mails and mail.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to client queries
- Attend team meetings as required
- Attend client meetings as necessary
- Be a resource for Producers and clients with regards to different coverages, rating, claims and competition
- Claim reporting as required
- High School Diploma/GED required; post-secondary education an asset
- Minimum 7 years of related experience.
- RIBO license required
- Insurance designations, such as CAIB, CIP, CRM an asset
- Knowledge in a specialized industry vertical an asset
- Experience using EPIC a definite asset
