- Sales strategy, client relationship management and execution, cultivate relationships with key clients and prospects offering solution-oriented service.
- Business development, market insight for business intelligence, participating in product presentation strategy, collaborating on market initiatives, special events, participate in trade shows, industry events and conferences.
- Administrative, operational duties to ensure timely sales reports, forecast accuracy, approve tender submissions, proposals, presentations. Collaborate with HR regarding recruitment, selection, and training processes.Qualifications:- A minimum of 10 years related sales expertise in government and industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Government NMSO and Supply Arrangements.
- Strong proficiency using a variety of software such as Project Spec, Team Design and AutoCAD.
- Demonstrated success leading and motivating sales teams focused on government accounts and key industry clients across Ottawa and surrounding areas.
- A polished and professional communicator skilled in building trust and credibility.
- Excellent communication skills in English spoken and written; French language skills is an asset.
- A confident and strategic leader reflecting business acumen.
