- Diploma from a recognized Ontario Law Clerk program
- At least 3 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Law
- Experience working on complex real estate and land development transactions
- Ability to handle files independently or as part of a team
- Residential Real Estate law experience would be an asset
- Self-starter with excellent organizational skills, positive attitude, and ability to work well in a team environment.
