- Contribute to fundamental B2B content creation and performance (all Lines of Business) as well as taking ownership of B2C content as the advisor content SME
- Write unique compelling long-form content across various formats (including articles, eBooks, case studies, white papers, blog posts, and marketing collateral) and repurpose it into shorter, social-friendly pieces, as well as adapt for regional markets
- Optimize distribution and performance of content
- Work with the content lead to repurpose long form pieces and develop new ones
- Develop video and webinar content (including topics, speaker recruitment and content)
- Diagnose content performance issues and implement data-driven improvements
- Create engaging social media posts for all new content assets
- Develop email marketing content and nurture tracks to support ABM campaigns
- Create new content HUBS and update existing HUBs to maintain ranking for keywords
- Implement SEO improvements to existing articles and write new SEO content to improve performance
- Regularly monitor content metrics and suggest ways to improve.
- Demonstrates strong collaboration skills by working effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and efficiency
- Collaborate with graphic designers to produce supporting visuals and infographics.
- Provide content writing support for special campaigns to build brand awareness and increase engagement.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or related field (preferably in the insurance industry)
- Exceptional writing skills with proven ability to create compelling concepts, interview/research, structure information in multiple formats (articles, eBooks, social media, email, web copy, etc.)
- Data-driven content optimization expertise
- Video/webinar creation & skills
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and optimization
- Strong command of SEO principles
- Proficiency in social media management and content adaptation for different LOBs
- Basic video editing capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal skills in French and English
- Industry knowledge in financial services, insurance, or SaaS preferred
- Knowledge of Spanish
