The Wood Automotive Group, one of Alberta's largest automobile retailers for over 40 years, is offering an exciting opportunity for a Delivery Coordinator to join the South Centre Volkswagen dealership!The Wood team believes that its people are its greatest asset. As a group with 8 dealerships, a collision repair centre and an online pre-owned sales lot, we believe our success and growth is built on the drive and dedication of our people.Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Work closely with the business office, sales team, service department, and detail department to manage the delivery process of all vehicles
Act as a liaison between Parts, Service and Sales to ensure all departments understand time frames and responsibility related to the delivery process and meeting delivery times
Providing any follow-up contact that may be required
Solicit and forward feedback on delivery process to all parties involved
Provide reports and updates on the delivery status of all vehicles, ensuring proper sign-off has been obtained, and customer is satisfied
Research new and innovative accessory products
At the time of sale, recommend and advise accessories to customers that are appropriate for their vehicle
Seek out business opportunities and all sales opportunities
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Strong computer proficiency
Strong organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and multi-task

Requirements:

Valid AB driver's license
Clean drivers abstract
