We just happen to do it by making gelato.The RoleReporting to the Brand Manager, you lead the in-house events function end-to-end, including experience offerings, team leadership, and coffee bar operations. You turn every fan interaction into an opportunity to build community, drive sales, and bring the Righteous brand to life.What You'll OwnFAN EXPERIENCES & EVENTS
  • Host in-person experiences including Culture Tours, Tastings, and Gelato Academies, engaging guests, telling our story, and ensuring every visit feels personal, fun, and unforgettable.
  • Own the coordination and execution of all customer-facing experiences, ensuring a 5-star experience across in-person, phone, and online interactions.
  • Manage Experience Inbox inquiries and bookings, delivering strong customer service with a 24-48 hour response time.
  • Ensure all on-site events comply with AGLC regulations, maintaining a safe and responsible environment for all fans and team.
  • Partner with Marketing on promotions, launches, and brand-aligned experiences, supporting day-of execution as needed.
  • Plan and execute off-site brand activations and community events that bring the Righteous brand to life as needed.
LEADERSHIP & TEAM MANAGEMENT
  • Lead, hire, onboard, train, and manage the Brand Ambassador team.
  • Own workforce planning and scheduling across the Gelato Academies and Coffee Bar.
  • Set clear expectations and standards through training in product knowledge, allergens, operations, and fan experience excellence.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and leadership to build a high-performing, engaged team.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll approval for Brand Ambassadors and café team members.
REVENUE GENERATION
  • Upsell and customize private Gelato Academies and experiences to drive incremental revenue while delivering a tailored, high-quality fan experience.
  • Meet and exceed established Weekly and Monthly Sales Targets through strong operational execution, efficient staffing, and fan engagement.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize performance across all experiences-adjusting pricing, scheduling, and offerings based on revenue, margin, and fan feedback.
  • Design and execute high-impact community activations that deliver immediate revenue while building long-term brand loyalty.
CAFÉ OPERATIONS
  • Own day-to-day Gelato & Coffee Bar operations, including scheduling, inventory, training, and service standards.
  • Ensure consistent, world-class fan experiences within the café.
  • Support small-batch gelato production for the cafe.
  • Uphold safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards at all times.
E-COMMERCE & INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
  • Oversee café and experience e-commerce operations, including Shopify and delivery app orders, and order fulfillment.
  • Organize, label, and prepare inventory for orders, donations, and sampling, including packing and shipping.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy across all platforms and partners.
  • Partner with Logistics and Marketing to improve inventory processes and fan experience.
  • Execute and track coupon mailouts and redemptions in alignment with Marketing direction.

Practical requirements

  • Able to work evenings, weekends, and events as needed
  • Physically able to be on your feet for extended periods
  • Valid Alberta driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • ProServe certification (or willing to get it)
