- Develop and execute a national sales strategy that drives profitable, sustainable growth
- Lead sales alignment with corporate vision, values, and customer‑centric objectives
- Ensure key product lines and vendor partnerships meet or exceed sales and performance targets
- Partner with finance and operations leaders to manage vendor performance and delivery expectations
- Serve as an executive sponsor for key customer relationships, supporting deal progression and long‑term partnerships
- Lead, coach, and develop regional and technical sales teams through clear expectations, ongoing feedback, and performance management
- Oversee sales operations to ensure consistency with defined business streams and processes
- Identify and develop new business opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationships
- Own the full sales budget cycle, including planning, forecasting, monitoring, and delivery against targets
- Manage fiscal responsibility for sales‑related budgets and capital expenditures
- Evaluate and introduce new product lines to support growth and market demand
- Ensure consistent coaching, performance reviews, and development planning across the sales organization
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in an industrial or technical environment
- Deep knowledge of complex product portfolios and competitive market dynamics
- Strong understanding of EPC, procurement, and construction‑driven sales cycles
- Proven ability to lead high‑performing, geographically dispersed sales teams
- Exceptional relationship‑building and executive‑level communication skills
- Strong planning, organization, and execution capabilities
- High level of business acumen with a results‑oriented mindset
- Proficiency with standard business and productivity tools; ERP experience considered an asset
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively as required
