UX / Front-End DesignerWe are seeking a hands-on dynamic and detail-oriented UX Designer with a passion for owning journey to craft intuitive, high-performing digital experiences as part of our client's team. This role blends user experience design, front-end execution, and business analysis-grounded in data-driven iteration and deep user research.You will play a key role in shaping user journeys from early discovery through implementation, partnering closely with product, engineering, marketing, and sales to deliver experiences that are measurable, scalable, and impactful.If you believe great design is a science-not just an art-and thrive on testing, refining, and optimizing experiences based on real user behavior, this role is for you.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGReporting to the Vice President of Product, you will:Design and iterate on user interfaces that drive engagement, usability, and conversion.Conduct early-stage user research, usability testing, and segmented audience feedback loops.Translate research insights into wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.Build and refine front-end components aligned with approved UX designs (HTML, CSS, modern frameworks).Collaborate with developers to ensure design integrity through implementation.Define and improve user flows, information architecture, and interaction patterns.Support business analysis activities including requirements gathering, journey mapping, and documenting design rationale.Run structured pre-launch testing cycles to validate assumptions and reduce rework.Apply behavioral psychology, design thinking, and performance metrics to optimize user experience.Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams.WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE3+ years of experience in UX/UI design and front-end development, ideally within SaaS or high-conversion digital products.Strong portfolio demonstrating data-informed design thinking and measurable results.Experience conducting user research, A/B testing, usability testing, and iterative prototyping.Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools).Front-end development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Vue, or similar preferred).Experience working with analytics and behavioral tools (e.g., GA4, Hotjar, LogRocket, etc.).Ability to translate research and analytics into testable design hypotheses.Strong problem-solving skills and comfort navigating ambiguity.Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and experimentation frameworks is an asset.CORE COMPETENCIES FOR SUCCESSIntegrity & Accountability - Takes ownership of outcomes and operates with transparency.
