This position involves supporting loan processing activities, including charging security/mortgages, loan programming, and preparing legal correspondence. The role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a collaborative environment, with potential for contract extension or conversion.Pay rate (CAD): $17.60/hr - $24.87/hrResponsibilities

Manage loan security setup and mortgage charging processes
Assist with loan programming tasks
Prepare letters for solicitors to facilitate new security engagements
Communicate effectively with team members through daily meetings and Teams correspondence
Maintain high-quality work to meet service level agreements
Ensure compliance with security and loan policies
Support team and adapt to volume fluctuations, demonstrating ownership of responsibilities

Desired Skill-Set

Strong communication skills and positive teamwork abilities
Proficient in Word and Excel
Ability to quickly learn new processes and systems
Reliable and professional with good attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work onsite during training and operational phases

Nice to Have

Banking experience, particularly in loan operations or security processing
Experience working in a fast-paced financial environment
Previous exposure to legal or mortgage documentation
Knowledge of loan programming or related software
Familiarity with client service standards in banking
