RJC is the print division of North America’s leading vinyl pressing plant Precision Record Pressing ( ). This is a full-time, permanent opportunity that will serves as a central point of contact between customers and internal production teams. This role is responsible for managing order intake, coordinating project information within internal systems, responding to customer inquiries, and supporting sales opportunities with accurate product, pricing, and scheduling information. The Project Coordinator ensures that all customer requirements are clearly communicated, accurately entered into company systems, and properly tracked throughout the production process.We are looking for a dedicated individual who is passionate about maintaining high-quality standards and contributing to our team’s success.   • Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries related to product specifications, ship dates, shipping instructions, and general order questions.
  • Provide clear and timely responses to customers regarding product capabilities, production timelines, and order status.
  • Proactively communicate order updates to customers.
  • Process incoming purchase orders; add new orders to the company’s order management system.
  • Ensure all order details, specifications, quantities, and delivery requirements are accurately entered.
  • Confirm that customer requirements and special instructions are properly documented.
  • Ensure customer order changes are promptly and accurately updated in internal systems to ensure correct product specifications are produced.
  • Work closely with graphics, production, and shipping teams to ensure customer requirements are properly understood and executed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project information by entering key production events and updates in internal systems.
  • Monitor projects to ensure production milestones and order information remain current.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the system reflects the latest project status.
  • Help resolve order-related issues and ensure customer expectations are managed appropriately.Assist with resolving production or logistics issues by coordinating with internal teams.
  • Address customer concerns related to orders, specifications, or delivery requirements.
  • Prepare custom quotes for unique or non-standard print products. Work with internal teams to determine appropriate pricing, production methods, and timelines.
  • Support inbound sales opportunities generated by management by providing product information, pricing, lead times, and production conditions.
  • Maintain a professional and service-oriented relationship with customers.
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager or designate.
Physical Demands
  • Sedentary, office-based role that requires the ability to operate standard office equipment.
  • Position requires sitting at desk ¾ or more of day, walking short distances for less than ¼ of day.
  • Substantially repetitive movements of the arms, wrists, hands and/or fingers.
  • Required to have visual acuity to perform activities including but not limited to analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer screen, extensive reading.
Requirements/Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or order management required.
  • Computer literate; proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets required.
  • Experience in print manufacturing, packaging, or a related production environment preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Experience with order management systems or ERP systems is an asset.
  • Must demonstrate good judgement, problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Must be able to work overtime as business needs require.
