- Oversee day-to-day management, maintenance, and optimization of the HRIS ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant data processes
- Lead HRIS projects including system upgrades, integrations, and new module implementations
- Develop and maintain HRIS data governance frameworks, security protocols, and audit procedures to ensure accuracy and privacy compliance
- Deliver data insights and advanced analytics to support strategic workforce planning and decision-making
- Partner with HR, IT, and business teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system harmonization
- Create and maintain documentation, user guides, and training for HRIS processes, ensuring strong adoption across teams
- Manage reporting and dashboards using UKG Business Intelligence and other analytics tools to support business needs
- Lead and mentor HRIS Analysts or other team members, fostering a collaborative and solution-oriented environment
- Stay current on HR technology developments and recommend enhancements to align with best practices and business needs
- A post-secondary education in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5–8 years of progressive HRIS experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Deep working knowledge of UKG (UltiPro) configuration, reporting, and security administration
- Power BI experience would be considered a strong asset
- Strong grasp of core HR processes, data management, and compliance
- Proven ability to lead system initiatives from concept through implementation with exceptional attention to detail
- Advanced Excel and analytics experience, with a knack for translating data into actionable insights
- Collaborative approach with excellent communication and partner management skills

- This is a full-time permanent position based out of our Calgary Corporate Office
- The hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
- An up-to-date Passport for occasional travel across the Canada / United States border is required
