We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Channel & Insights Specialist to join our Global Network Communications team. In this role, you’ll lead the execution of analytics and distribution channel improvements, and maintain existing CRM channels to support our global network of dealerships, distributors and B2B partners. Reporting to the Team Lead, Network Comms INTL & Global Channels, Insights, the Specialist, Network Comms Channels & Insights, will be a key contributor to the Global BRP Network Communications team.YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:Channel ManagementProject manage communication, analytics and distribution channel improvement projects in partnership with internal departments and external providers.Strategize and support the expansion of communication, analytics and distribution channel tools globally.Track and present regular project status updates tracking deliverables, deadlines and budget.Campaign Workflow Creation, Execution and OptimizationIn collaboration with the content team, configure and execute multi-media campaigns across multiple channels and countries, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.Build and manage complex delivery workflows in Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC) and other CRM tools to automate journeys and processes.Regularly audit and refine CRM workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce errors and improve overall campaign performance.On occasion, support UX/UI efforts for communication touchpoints (e.g.. email templates, banners, logos).Audience Segmentation & PersonalizationUtilize Salesforce, PowerBI, ACC and other CRM tools to segment audiences effectively, ensuring personalized and targeted messaging.Implement dynamic content and mail merge strategies to enhance network engagement and conversion rates.Multi-Channel Campaign ManagementOrchestrate campaigns across various channels, including intranet, email and SMS ensuring a cohesive communications experience.Monitor and optimize channel performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet KPIs.Performance Analysis & ReportingAnalyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Contribute to the evolution of a test-and-learn culture (e.g., experimentation, A/B testing).Compile a detailed monthly & quarterly global analytics report detailing campaign performance and recommend action plans to improve engagement.Monitoring & TestingMonitor ACC system status and performance.Troubleshoot, debug and resolve issues in ACC and CRM configurations and workflows.Provide support and technical assistance to operational support staff and system users if needed.Continuous Improvement & DocumentationResearch trends in communications channels and analytics, and make recommendations that enable our network communications to remain relevant, consistent and well received.Develop, document and share internal best practices to enhance campaign performance.Support the Global Corporate Communications team in strategic planning projects and organization in Asana.Support the Network Communications team as needed with content creation assignments, webcasts, BOSSWeb documentation uploads and Club BRP preparations.YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:Agile project management skills and familiar with technology implementations.Experience with CRM tools, automation workflows and fixing bugs. Knowledge of SQL, HTML and CSS is a plus.Data-driven mindset to analyze insights and provide recommendations.Strong presentation skills to convey key insights and strategic objectives.Networker who can meet and make connections with network partners and think from their perspective.BA (or equivalent degree) with a concentration in marketing, communications, business, computer science or another relevant field.5+ years of working experience in marketing automation, sales, communications, IT or project management.Working proficiency in French.
