As a member of our development team, you will be responsible for defining, guiding, and validating technical solutions to ensure product performance and quality. Generating new ideas and proposing innovative solutions will be at the heart of your daily work. Define the technical requirements of the product based on customer needs, applicable standards, and manufacturing constraints
Act as the primary technical contact in communications with the customer
Supervise and guide designers in the development of technical solutions
Make key technical decisions and arbitrate design choices
Ensure the technical consistency of the project at all stages (concept, detailed design, validation, production)
Organize design reviews and risk analyses (DFMEA, critical reviews, etc.)
Validate the compliance of drawings, calculations, and specifications
Support testing, performance analysis, and product validation, whether in-house or at the customer's site
Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and procurement teams to ensure the robustness of the solution
Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering standards and best practices
