As a Product Engineer, you will design, develop, and optimize our UHMW-PE molded products, from customer requirements through to industrialization. Working closely with production, quality, and sales, you will help deliver high-performance, reliable, and manufacturable products, while driving continuous improvement in our practices.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Help define customer requirements and translate these needs into concrete, manufacturable solutions
Design and improve existing products to enhance their performance, durability, and quality
Plan and manage PDC (product development cycle) activities: design, testing, validation, and reviews
Ensure the efficient transition of developed products into production (documentation, testing, and startup monitoring)
Provide technical support to production to resolve issues and stabilize processes
Collaborate on cost estimates, manufacturing quotes, and bids (materials, time, operations, tooling), providing a clear and structured technical perspective
Document the development process and prepare presentations/documents to support decision-making and alignment with customers (technical documents, requirements, testing, lessons learned)

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (or equivalent) with relevant experience in product development
Active member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
Bilingualism in French and English (spoken and written) to collaborate with our English-speaking clients and partners
Excellent analytical skills, mechanical understanding, and an innovation- and problem-solving-oriented approach
Proficiency in 3D modeling (Solid Edge or equivalent software)
Team player, self-motivated, and proactive; ability to work with precision
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Structured, curious, and action-oriented
