- Manage the day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including tracking income and expenses.
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions promptly and efficiently.
- Conduct bank reconciliations to verify account balances and resolve discrepancies.
- Handle payroll processing and ensure timely distribution of employee payments.
- Prepare and assist with month-end closing procedures.
- Maintain financial records using QuickBooks and other accounting software.
- Generate detailed financial reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and relevant regulations.
- Support data entry tasks to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial information.
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or a related financial role.
- Proficiency in account reconciliation, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR).
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and bank reconciliation.
- Expertise in using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
