Our client, a highly successful real estate firm in Scarborough, is seeking proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistants. This role blends executive, personal, and real estate support in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. The ideal candidate is resourceful, highly organized, and always one step ahead-able to anticipate needs, manage shifting priorities, and maintain exceptional attention to detail.Executive Assistant - Scarborough / East GTA
Salary: $60,000-$80,000
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (flexibility required for evenings/weekends)
Work Type: In-office with frequent travel across East GTA (must have valid driver's license and vehicle)
- Perks (after 3 months):
o Real estate license support (company covers licensing costs and maintenance)

- Key Responsibilities:
o Support real estate transactions: listings, buyers, timelines, and documentation
o Coordinate showings, inspections, appraisals, and client follow-ups
o Prepare, review, and organize contracts, documents, and correspondence
o Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
o Track deadlines and ensure all deliverables are completed on time
o Liaise with clients, agents, lawyers, mortgage brokers, and contractors
o Handle errands and administrative tasks to support productivity
o Manage personal scheduling, travel, and household logistics
o Coordinate errands (shopping, returns, dry cleaning, etc.)
o Assist with family logistics, including care arrangements when needed
o Quickly resolve issues and respond to urgent matters

- Qualifications:
o Minimum 1 year in real estate (license highly preferred)
o Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (required)
o Familiarity with real estate systems and processes (MLS/TRREB, BrokerBay, Trello, Google Suite)
o Experience preparing offers and listing agreements is an asset
