The Project Manager will oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and client communication while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.What You’ll DoLead projects from sales handover through construction and closeoutManage budgets, schedules, subcontractor procurement, and contract administrationDrive performance with Site Superintendents, Project Coordinators, and trade partnersMonitor job cost reporting and forecasting across multiple projectsIdentify and mitigate risk while maintaining strong client relationshipsEnsure quality standards and technical requirements are consistently achievedWhat You Bring5+ years of construction project management experienceStrong understanding of building systems and technical drawingsProven budget and schedule management skillsExcellent leadership, negotiation, and communication abilitiesDiploma or degree in Construction Management, Building Science, Engineering, or related field (PMP considered an asset)If you’re looking to manage technically sophisticated builds in environments where performance, coordination, and quality truly matter, we’d like to hear from you.
