- Assist in coordinating HR initiatives, programs, and projects by gathering information, tracking timelines, and supporting stakeholder communications.
- Provide compensation analysis and options for employment offers, ensuring internal equity and compliance with established guidelines.
- Provide administrative and analytical support to HR Business Partners (HRBPs) on HR cases, including position management and internal staffing processes.
- Contribute to the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of HRBP processes, systems, and workflows.
- Analyze and report on key HR metrics such as compensation, workforce planning, process efficiency, and learning trends to support data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct research and data collection to support HR programs and initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders, including Talent Acquisition, HR Shared Services, and HR Systems teams.
- Participate in special projects and provide ad-hoc reporting and insights to support HRBP initiatives and organizational priorities.
- A post-secondary degree in a related field such as human resources or business administration, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in relevant field, such as HR Support Services, Talent Acquisition or Compensation and Benefits.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage several ongoing and competing projects.
- An understanding of human resources management industry trends as well as employment and legislative issues, as well as human resources management policies, practices, theories, concepts and systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in both official languages (English and French).
- A demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new HR systems and technologies, with a proactive approach to leveraging innovative digital solutions.
- The ability to function in a technological environment using tools such as spreadsheets, databases and applications as well as consolidation and reporting tools.
- A Certified HR Professional (CHRP) designation, either completed or currently in progress.
