This position is permanent.Description
- Ensure the proper functioning of the network, wireless equipment, and computer systems.
- Actively participate in documentation, writing user guides, and user training.
- Support users, in person or remotely.
- Contribute to the implementation of new technological solutions in collaboration with the IT analyst.
- Assume a technical leadership role within the IT technician team.Preferred Qualifications
- College diploma in information technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, with supervisory or coordination responsibilities.
- Autonomy, initiative, customer focus.
- Fluency in French and functional English.
- Knowledge of Mac OS, Office 365, SCCM, MDM (Asset).
