I handle both temporary and permanent recruitment.We are looking for an Application Support Analyst to join a dynamic team. This is a permanent, 100% on-site position located in downtown Montreal.
We are looking for a senior candidate with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role in the IT industry.My responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality technical support to North and South American clients and partners, including onboarding, training, and personalized follow-up.
- Manage tickets: prioritize, resolve, analyze in detail, and replicate scenarios in the lab.
- Collaborate with technical teams to configure test environments and efficiently resolve complex issues.
- Manage customer escalations with a calm, factual approach, and a focus on rapid and satisfactory resolution.
- Represent the client at trade shows and on-site meetings with clients and partners.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems (or equivalent).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role in the IT sector.
- Strong technical expertise: APIs, networks, MS Windows Server, MS Azure, SQL.
- Strong prioritization and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English (oral and written), other languages an asset.
- Experience with innovative products and renowned clients.
